Products

Our products are digital files (such as PDF e-books and printable templates) delivered by download link after payment. No physical item is shipped.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page in the currency indicated and are charged as a one-time payment unless clearly stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

License

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download, print and use it. You may sell items you make yourself using our templates (for example, baked goods), but you may not resell, share or redistribute the digital files.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content, designs and files remain the property of ERC Digital or its licensors.

Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to purchases made after its publication.
