Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you see a charge you don't recognize or were charged twice, contact us first and we will resolve it promptly.
